Sera Prognostics was founded to develop diagnostic tests for the early prediction of a woman’s individualized risk of premature birth, preeclampsia, and other pregnancy complications. Sera’s tests are designed to give women and their physicians the power and time to make a difference in maternal and newborn health with individualized treatment and care plans. 

Position Scope 

  • The Territory Manager is responsible for effectively driving utilization of the PreTRM test, with clinicians and health systems aligned to a geographic territory. The TM will conduct strategic business planning, account development, and activity/business intelligence documentation in CRM. Additionally, the TM provides educational support to OB/GYNs, MFMs, and other clinical professionals in the total office setting.  Interpret sales and marketing data and determine effective sales representatives and strategies
  • Educate both consumers and colleagues about the product
  • Forecast and set goals for sales teams

  • Bachelor of Arts/Science from an accredited university required.
  • Candidate must have a minimum of five years medical sales experience. Experience specifically in Women’s Health is preferred.
  • Medical background/sales experience, laboratory experience, and/or managed care knowledge desirable.
  • Track record of introducing disruptive technologies, new standard(s) of care and protocol changes successfully.
